Operation YES I Can is the 501(c)3 non-profit philanthropy founded by Today’s Innovative Woman publisher, Cathy Alessandra.The purpose and mission of the organization is to provide financial and volunteer assistance to women and families in need and to share the importance of philanthropy and giving back.  Operation YES I CAN helps to inspire women and children to believe in themselves and their dreams and say YES I CAN no matter what hurdles they may face. It then empowers them with resources and financial assistance through various charitable partners. This year’s designated charity is The Girls Rule Foundation. Girls Rule! is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides schools, groups and organizations with educational workshops that  consist of 4 principles to help girls stay on track, dream big and stay in school through college:

1. Building & Maintaining Self-Esteem/Self-Confidence
2.  Making wise and healthy choices
3. Leadership skills that will help them set and achieve goals & financial goals
4. Building a step-by-step plan to achieve their dreams, and identify the tools, resources & education to make that happen

Girls Rule! is going national this year, offering programs in schools across the country! Co-Founder Dena Patton will be attending SUCCESS Summit to share a little bit about the charity and to accept the check.
